Logan City Council is committed to ensuring that our services, programs and facilities are accessible and inclusive for people with disability and/or carers in the City of Logan.

Council has developed an Access and Inclusion Plan to ensure Council services, activities and facilities are as accessible and inclusive as possible for our community.

In July we talked to over 100 community members and briefed over 1200 organisations to find out what your priorities are and now we are seeking your feedback to make sure we are on the right track.

Please complete the short (5 minute) survey below to have your say, or share 'your story' to let us know why access and inclusion is important to you.

We will use your feedback to inform the priorities and outcomes for the Draft Access and Inclusion Plan 2019-2022.

You can also get in contact with Ashleigh who is the Council officer coordinating this project if you would like to provide feedback but need an alternative format.

You need to be signed in to share your story.
