Logan City Council is very proud of its efforts and achievements with providing high quality services and experiences to its customers and the community.
Recent independent research from the2018 Logan Listens: Residents’ Survey showed that the community is very satisfied with our customer service and satisfied with our services and facilities more broadly.
Council is keen to ensure that we maintain and sustain what is working well and also understand where we can continue to improve. We are developing a Customer Experience Strategy to help us achieve this.
To gain more of an understanding about expectations from our customers and the community, we are asking you to complete the ‘Customer Experience Survey’ and join in the discussioninto 'What makes a great customer experience'.
By completing the survey, you also have the opportunity to go into the draw to win 1 of 4x $25 gift cards.
The survey will close on Monday 7 October 2019 at 11:45pm AEST
