The Move it Logan program is one of many funded by Sport Australia’s Move it AUS grant program, which aims to get people more active.
We are asking you to complete this short survey because you have been involved with the Move it Logan program. This survey is part of Sport Australia and the University of Sydney evaluation of the program.
You may have previously been asked to complete a Move it Logan Survey. Many of the questions in this survey will be the same. We would encourage you toplease complete the survey againto allow us to track changes to your responses.
Some questions may look the same as the registration form you completed. This is normal as the questions are designed to be repeated over time.
