Consultation has concluded

The City of Logan is growing, and the way land is used and developed makes an important difference to our future. This growth is guided by the Logan Planning Scheme 2015 policy, regional and state plans and Queensland planning laws.

Logan City Council makes amendments to the Logan Planning Scheme to keep it current.

Proposed amendment:

Council is proposing small changes in the Planning Scheme Policy (PSP 5) - Infrastructure amendment to address technical issues and inconsistencies. These changes affect Parts 2, 3 and 5 of PSP 5 (Schedule 6.2.5) and will provide improved clarity and alignment with current standards and industry best practice.
