Cr Miriam Stemp has been working with Council to develop a Masterplan to upgrade Alexander Clark Park in response to requests from the local community.

The exciting project will be carried out over several stages and is proposed to include:
a major playground and waterplay upgrade
new sporting courts
an events space
interactive walkway
rehabilitation of the dam with deck overlook points
new carpark and toilet upgrade
replacement of smaller playground areas
an upgrade to the dog off-leash
The project aims to incorporate existing infrastructure where possible but add lots of new elements to the park to make it a fun and inclusive park for all ages. We have ensured a focus on sensory play, accessibility, the beautiful natural elements the park has to offer, and creating a special place where community can come together.
