Community Engagement Results

From 21 September to 16 October 2022 Council asked the community to share their thoughts about what they would like to see in the Bishop Street Park. The project page had 1000 views and 487 surveys were completed. 79.9% of respondents were from Eagleby, 3.3% from Beenleigh, 1.6% from Mt Warren, 12.5% from other suburbs and 2.7% did not provide their location. Priorities in the redevelopment included: toilets (81,3%) , shade (74.9%), waterplay (62.6%), parking (60.4%), sport facilities (60%), picnic tables and chairs (47.8%), Nature Play (31.6%), Sensory Play (29.8%), Artworks and murals (22%)
