Logan City Council is continually striving to provide high-quality services and experiences to its customers and the community.

In late 2019, we asked our customers and the community to share with us their experiences (good and bad) when dealing with council and receiving services from us. We also asked for ideas on what to improve. We have taken all of this valuable information, along with other performance and survey data and industry research and trends, and have developed a Draft Customer Experience Strategy.
