Logan City Council is continually striving to provide high quality services and experiences to its customers and the community.

Council is keen to ensure that we maintain and sustain what is working well and also understand where we can continue to improve. We are developing a Customer Experience Strategy to help us achieve this.

After offering customers the opportunity to share their customer's experience with us late in 2019 Council has been working on developing a Draft Customer Experience Strategy, which we can now share and is located in the document library on the right-hand side.

We would welcome your feedback on this draft.
