We received over 700 community responses through written, digital and phone surveys.

Insights gathered through engagement included:

• Positive feedback for the printed publication and the information it provides residents.
• Effectiveness as an engagement tool for internal branches.
• An appetite for more digital access with some audiences.
• Strong interest in maintaining community focus over elected member focus.
