A corporate plan is a 5-year document that influences how Council prioritises investment in the City of Logan.
It also influences how we, as Council, deliver our vast range of services, programs and infrastructure.
The proposed 2021-2026 Corporate Plan has been developed in parallel with the draft Logan Community Vision.
The Logan Community Vision, developed through extensive engagement, is how our community wants the City of Logan to be in the future. The corporate plan outlines how Council will play its part, within its sphere of influence and authority, to help achieve that vision.
The following areas are where Council will focus its efforts over the next 5 years:
1. Maintain current levels of service
5. Economy and growth
2. Proud city
6. Infrastructure
3. Environment
7. High performing organisation
4. Healthy connected community
