Consultation has concluded

The City of Logan is growing, and the way land is used and developed makes an important difference to our future. This growth is guided by the Logan Planning Scheme 2015, together with regional and state plans and Queensland planning laws. Logan City Council makes amendments to the Logan Planning Scheme to keep it current.

Proposed amendments:

Council is proposing a range of changes, in the form of two statutory amendments to the planning scheme, to make things clearer and easier for business and industry, reduce red tape, and respond to previous community and industry feedback:

  • Unlocking Logan's Prosperity amendment; and
  • Springwood Local Plan amendment.

Council is asking you to review the proposed changes and give us your feedback. The feedback period starts on Monday 9 December 2019 and ends on Friday 31 January 2020. We will consider your input as part of finalising the changes and let you know how we have responded to your feedback.

Please see our Public Consultation Guide for further information. This guide will:

  • Help you understand the changes;
  • Show you how to review them online in our Logan ePlan; and
  • Show you how to provide feedback.

Please go to our Logan ePlan to view the changes and make your submission.
